The Easter Set | Painted Wood as Stone
Want to give an Easter set to someone for Christmas? We have a plan. Here’s an excerpt from our newsletter to explain what’s going to happen:
*Monday, November 6th at 9:00 AM central time, we are going to take preorders for Easter sets that will be shipped in January. Some have mentioned wanting to give the Easter set as Christmas gifts. We are sorry to say that we cannot promise to get those to you by Christmas, but want to suggest that you could wrap a picture or a coupon informing the gift recipient that their Easter set will arrive in January. If you choose to order an Easter set in November, we would like to bless you by including our newest item as a gift. It is an adorable felt donkey that can be used to reenact Palm Sunday.

Waiting Lists?
You might wonder why we do not use a waiting list and email you when the sets are ready to be ordered. Emails are so easy to miss. Some computers even toss them into the junk folder and you don’t even see them. But when you preorder, you are automatically placed in line to receive your set.
The Easter Set
The Easter set is handmade in Birmingham, Alabama and is the perfect set for Easter decor or for children to play with as they visually reenact the amazing story of Christ’s resurrection.
The set includes:
Jesus ( Luke 24:6-7)
Two Roman soldiers (Matthew 27:65-66)
Mary Magdalene (Mark 16:1)
Mary the mother of James (Mark 16:1)
Angel (Matthew 28:2-4)
Peter - disciple (John 20:3-4)
John - disciple (John 20:3-4)
Wooden tomb with stone that rolls. (Matthew 28:2-4)
Crown of thorns (Matthew 27:29)
Purple robe (Mark 15:17)
White burial cloth and white cloth for his head (John 20:7)
Cross ( Philippians 2:8) The cross can be inserted into the top of the tomb or taken down to reenact the LORD’s Journey to the cross. It is 4 inches tall.
It’s made using all natural material including foraged moss and rustic wood. We will be adding more detailed pictures to this listing.
